CNN and RCN has reportedly denied that viewers in Boston were mistakenly treated to a pornographic video instead of the scheduled late-night TV show. The news outlet says it is investigating the rumored Thanksgiving night mishap.

According to Sputnik, RCN posted this message in response to the alleged error committed during what was supposed to be “Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown” — a popular food and travel show.

Rumors are rife that viewers claim they were presented with a performance of a far raunchier nature, showing ‘parts’ that were certainly not ‘unknown’ albeit not used in quite such a vigorous manner by most of the audience. And there are pictures to back up this claim.

The X-rated error by RCN lasted over 30 minutes.
RCN is the major TV cable provider responsible for the channel’s broadcasts in the affected Boston area.

While the “fun” lasted for viewers in Boston, RCN mistakenly replaced the scheduled Bourdain’s show with half an hour of explicit pornographic video, attracting a loud outcry from the audience who called them to action.
A surprised viewer named Rose, who witnessed the broadcast error, wrote on Twitter, confirming that RCN suspended the CNN broadcasts indefinitely.

I can’t wait until @RCNconnects wakes up tmrw & realizes that hardcore porn was broadcast on @CNN instead of @PartsUnknownCNN tonight

Image shows a few headlines from U.S. news outlets on the incident.
The startled viewer who is said to be the first to make this incident known on Twitter, added that both RCN and CNN have not made any comments on the demoralizing pornographic movie.

Update on last night’s #bourdainporn incident: still no word from @RCNconnects or @CNN on what happened! Surprised no one has reached out.

Media reports say CNN has commenced investigations into the matter.
“Despite media reports to the contrary, RCN assures us that there was no interruption of CNN’s programming in the Boston area last night,” the network’s Barbara Levin told The Hollywood Reporter.
“We are in the process of researching this incident but see no evidence our CNN network feed was compromised last evening in Boston,” RCN Boston’s Jeff Carlson told the outlet.
