Haba! Even if the kid was your own, would you do this?! Correcting a child doesn’t mean ‘point and kill’!
This 15 year old, Amadi, was beaten up by her guardian, one Mrs Ugochukwu Ebere, for masturbating. Not only did this woman inflict injury on the poor girl, she rubbed pepper on the wounds…how evil can someone get?
When the guardian of this girl was accosted, the woman claimed that the girl was also fond of stealing, among other things…and so?!
But the abused girl claims that her madam beat her because she sent one of her daughters on an errand. *As in, which right does a house girl have in sending her golden children on errands?!*
Any way, there seems to be a conflict of reasons for such abuse between parties, giving me an idea that, ABUSE is a norm for the girl in that house. So much so, she can’t tell wrong from right!
Please, human rights people, come and take up this case of CHILD ABUSE!
Which other method should this woman have applied in correcting this child…Please, don’t say PRAYER, lest I scream!…that’s so cliché!
