Some women are born with 2 reproductive organs - 2 vaginas, 2 cervixes, 2 uteruses (uteri). It is a condition termed Uterus didelphys. A condition not easily diagnosed until the development of the female organs as they enter puberty.
I can sense some guys thinking right now "Twice the fun".

This condition most times comes with emotional and psychological stress in the few women who have it. It could be very disturbing for them as they would not know who to turn to or discuss it with to ease their burden and proffer a solution.
Pregnancy is still possible, sometimes multiple pregnancies. However, special attention is required during pregnancy as premature bith and malpresentation are common.
Not to worry, there are several helpful medical techniques to investigate the uterine structure. A visit to your medical doctor is all it takes.
