It's been exactly 365 days ago today and our government is yet to deliver on the need to #bringbackourgirls #BBOG.
219 young Chibok girls are still missing. Since that incidence, we have heard of several other towns in North East Nigeria where more young and old women are being continuously abducted by boko haram every time.
The insurgency has led to an internal displacement of an estimated 1.2 million Nigerians. It's very frightening to absorb the initial lackadaisical and slow reaction of the government to tackling this madness.
It is imperative to note that we appreciate the commendable efforts of our brave and ever gallant Nigerian Armed Forces in the ongoing war against terrorism.
We hope they can bring our girls back before May 29 or sooner or we wait to see how events unfold towards bringing back our Chibok girls and every other innocent female that have been abducted by boko haram in the new regime.
